5. Payment and Billing

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to your selected billing plan
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  • Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Third-Party Costs

GPU rental costs from third-party providers are separate from our service fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred with GPU providers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, algorithms, and technology provided through our Service are the property of Computra or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Computra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party GPU provider performance or availability
